Madonna head shotMadonna Bistany serves as Executive Director for Future for KIDS. Her responsibilities include the overall management of the organization, with particular attention to program service delivery. She works closely with the Board of Directors to provide free, quality programs for at-risk children in the community.Madonna has a strong professional background in the non-profit sector. Prior to joining Future for KIDS, she was Development Director for the Arthritis Foundation Southwest Chapter, where she focused on sponsorships and high profile events including Oscar Night America. She is most proud of her role in developing Future for KIDS’ outstanding Leadership Program, grooming future non-profit leaders.  To date she has helped to develop over 65 of our communities next nonprofit leaders.Serving the community has been a priority and a lifelong commitment for Madonna. She has been recognized with several honors including: nominee for the ONE Director of the Year, Finalist for The Goodman’s Good Eye for the Good Guy Award, and Linking Sports and The Community’s Award for strong leadership in program development. Madonna was also honored to receive an award from The Pat Tillman Foundation for her role in their Recognition Awards Event.Madonna earned a Bachelor’s Degree from Illinois State University and continues her education through ASU’s Nonprofit Management Institute.2014 Honoree Madonna
Anna Quagliata

Anna Quagliata serves as Program Manager at Future for KIDS. She been working in education and youth services for over 17 years. Anna has extensive knowledge and experience in grant writing, youth program development and implementation, evaluations, curriculum development, fundraising, and relationship management.

Her responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of Future for KIDS signature Discover Your Future program and our new middle school LEAD program. She constantly works diligently on curriculum alignment and evaluation of the program to guide the success of Future for KIDS mission to improve the lives of youth who face adversity. Anna has successfully launched Future for KIDS professional development, Lunch and Learn series. Lunch and Learn offers free training to community members, educators, parents, students and volunteers in collaboration with the Fiesta Bowl. Anna directs the Volunteer Management department, and is the staff trainer. Camps and all special youth programs are led by Anna and her staff. Anna sits on various boards, Phoenix Children’s Hospital ACE’s Consortium, Phoenix National STEM Consortium, Tempe Community Council, and ACE’s Trauma sensitive schools.

Anna is originally from New York, but has made Tempe, Arizona home with her two Children, Holden- 8 and Mia-9. She teaches youth Yoga with a focus on trauma and resilience.

Kelli is the Program Specialist for Future for KIDS.  Joining Future for KIDS originally as a Volunteer Mentor, she has seen firsthand the impact mentorship can make among youth who face adversity and is blessed to be in a position to continue serving youth daily.  She has a great passion for youth services and providing youth the necessary resources to succeed.  As the Program Specialist, she serves as a member of the Programs Department, writing grants; preparing and delivering trainings to our mentors; assisting with curriculum development and evaluations; and providing quality control and support to continue our commitment to excellence and intentionality in our program delivery.

Kelli has her B.S in Health Education and Health Promotion from Arizona State University, and is a Certified Nonprofit Professional (CNP).

Chris Rossi has been an enthusiastic participant on the Future for KIDS Board of Directors since 2011. He has served in multiple capacities and continues to mentor and volunteer on a regular basis. His strong belief in the Future for KIDS mission and vision has led him to roles with increased responsibility. Rossi will serve as Board Chair for the 2017/18 term. As a veteran Information Technology Sales Professional, Chris continues to use his industry contacts to benefit the philanthropy. Rossi holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of California Santa Barbara.
He currently resides in North Phoenix with his wife and three children.

Jim Kebert

Jim Kebert is vice president and general manager, NetApp Solutions, for the Converged and Data Solutions business unit of Avnet Technology Solutions, Americas. Kebert is responsible for NetApp sales and marketing efforts for Converged and Data Solutions as well as for managing Avnet’s relationship with NetApp which includes expanding FlexPod® solutions across the channel.
Kebert joined Avnet in 2009 as the vice president of financial solutions, and has since worked closely with TS Americas’ reseller partners to help them better understand and leverage Avnet solutions and services offerings Most recently, Kebert led the supplier business management and solutions marketing functions within Technology Infrastructure Solutions (TIS) which evolved into the Converged and Data Solutions business unit in January 2013.
Kebert has been in the IT industry for 20 years. He served in several executive capacities at Insight Enterprises, Inc. and at one of its subsidiaries, Direct Alliance Corporation. As president of Direct Alliance, Kebert was instrumental in its sale to TeleTech Holdings and stayed on as president through the transition period.
Kebert is a Certified Public Accountant and received his Bachelor of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University.

Adam has spent nearly 12 years in corporate finance currently working for Alliance Bank of Arizona providing financing solutions to small and middle market companies. Prior to Alliance Bank, Adam worked in various finance roles for The Boeing Company. He received his MBA and two bachelor degrees from Arizona State University. With a passion for community service, he is currently involved with the Fiesta Bowl Committee and has previously served on the Finance Committee for the Arizona Coalition against Domestic Violence.
